From my research, I have discovered that it’s best to use Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Nourishing conditioner. It doesn’t contain harmful ingredients or bad chemicals that can cause hair damage. This also leaves your hair feeling silky smooth with no frizz.

After washing your hair with Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition, you will notice how thicker it feels; it’s more elastic. The first three ingredients are water, SD Alcohol 40B, Panthenol, Vitamin B5, and Parfum (Fragrance).
